Reason For Rating : Its a good heritage hotel and best in locality

  • 3.4

    What's Good: Location

What needs to improve : Bed

Reason For Rating : The beds in a double bedroom should be a double bed, instead we got 2 single cots with 2 single mattress, which kept sliding apart

Great place with a home away from home feeling. It reminds us of a place where we are in a home but with all the facilities of the hotel. The location is very good and I was staying in a resort in the heart of the city. The owner is a person with a great presence in the service and the functions of the resort. Great stay and made it better with the good team

  • Average Property with high price

Stayed at this so called heritage hotel for few hours before proceeding to Guruvayur. Though property is located at good area the room is maintained badly. Stayed at room 102 and the bathroom had very bad smell. Management should look into these issues and do justice for the money charged.

  • Spartan accommodation

    by ConorMacD on

I booked a room based on their website and other reviews, but when we arrived and saw the room, my wife & I decided to find another hotel. The room was small, dark and grim, the bed was very hard, and the behaviour of the man at the front desk was offputting. He wanted full payment for the 3 nights booked when we arrived, but we asked to see the room first. We ended up paying for 1 nigth but did not stay there.

  • No More Heritage

    by Yayaavar on

It used to be Heritage as established in 1919 almost 99 years back ?? Seems that Present owners have lost their interest in running their ancestral gift . Major reason may be Fully surrounded by Multi Storied Commercial Hotels , attracting Low budget Customers and Catering for their Fast Necessities in Filty Conditions . Inspite this odd , Hotel Management can make it Popular as Exclusive Tourist Oriented Package Tours ,for Global Tourists as Thrissur being Centrally Located City . Hotel is Now Converted into Lodge as No pantry service is available . Instead to Modifying the property with Misfit utilities ?? and defacing the execusite Kerala Wood Work Further, should convert into Panchkarma Resort for Elite Class Customers . Leaking Comode, Stinking Toilets ,Poor Sanitation and Electrical Quality ,Blue Sticker For HOT ?? RED Sticker for COLD water is Proof of Management's Concern .

  • Stay at Gurukripa

Gurukripa Heritage is located in a very convenient location very near to Sree Vadakkum Nathan Temple in Thrissur town. It owns a heritage ambiance. The room was neat and tidy. The staff was very cordial and cooperative. Stay there was very refreshing.
