  • Economy hotel

This is just average hotel room with separate beds. Bathroom was stinking bad. Wifi and parking are available. Staff are trainees and need to learn a lot about caring guests. Am sure I will never visit this hotel again.

  • Budget hotel, good for few hours checkin

    by Mallika R on

Considering what we paid for the room, it was worth the money. This is a budget place very close to entrance and exit of the hill road and hence is ideal for few hours rest and change. A no nonsense place with no extra facilities and strictly caters to pilgrims whose sole purpose is to fresh up and get out of hotel ASAP. The staff was helpful and was very quick in arranging food for us though they blatantly asked for tips when we checked out (even if we stayed for 2 hours!) If you want to enjoy hotel rooms, views and services then this is not the place.

  • Really value for money

    by alapatyshailaja on

We were a huge group and wanted to stay 2 days in tirupathi, this place is real value for money , Ac rooms clean ones . With no frills , really dont feel the pinch at all . Close by are Pai vaicerory to have a good breakfast and Orion to have dinner , So best at a budget .

  • Very Nice Hotel To stay

    by satishs830 on

I had been in this hotel last week. the hotel has advance booking feature, where you can book your room well in advance by calling hotel reception and you can pay on arrival. They book room in the names and place from where we are coming and on the day of arrival they will call us for clarification, i liked this facility. and the staff behavior is also good. they take deposit amount and refund it while departing the room. the rooms were clean and have good hygiene. thank you

  • Ordinary hotel, last resort option only

    by JoyOfTravellingIndia on

The name Residency makes it sound elite, but the hotel looks more like an apartment converted into a hotel. Very basic, lack of cleanliness, no facilities. You could just use it as a cloak room to dump your bags temporarily. A strong avoid.

  • It seems rooms in upper floor are fairly new and are better than ones in lower floors.
