After meeting we reached evening, TV was not working, called reception and room service but they didnt turn up. Room size is very small and bed size also. Toilet need extra care. Complementary breakfast spreads are very limited Idly, Dosa, Poori, bread bj, omelet, juice and coffee/tea. Does and tea was good. There is no good hotel in Tirupur.

I attend a function at Tiruppur and rooms were already booked at Ginger Hotels. When we checked in, we almost waited for 30-45 minutes to get the room. Rooms are good and near. And, the room service was very pathetic. I called the Room service thrice to get Tea/Coffee for us. No body turned up till we check out. They don't even have courtesy to say sorry for that. Please avoid staying here.

Very nice stay and feel very comfort. The food are very hygenic and tasty. The service are good. Parking facility is very spacy and safe. Room service are very excellent and kind. Front office service is very speed.

This is my second bad experience at Ginger Hotels. The hotel has ample parking. its a big plus. Initially we got one decent room, then found the drainage was blocked. We complained to reception and immediately they sent someone to address it. He checked and told he will come back with someone to fix it. After 15 minutes, he came back & suggested to change room. we agreed and moved to another room. That room didn't had curtain (woke up early in the morning due to sunlight) . No chair, No kettle. 1 towel only etc. There was no complimentary breakfast. (No complaints on that as it is the package). but found only 2 people eating breakfast in restaurant. So, we decided to go out & eat. one star for parking and one star for the tariff/night.

Hi, I have stayed at Ginger Tiruppur for 14 nights, starting from 19th August to 2nd September 2018. Overall the stay was comfortable, I want to list the pluses and lapses regarding this hotel. Pluses (1) Decently clean room and features within (2) Decent complementary B'fast (3) Courteous Staff Lapses (1) Below average Indian food available at the restaurant makes you compelled to have lunch and dinner from outside. (2) Constant dripping of water from AC of upstairs room is quite irritating. This happens because of the stacking of ACs one above another and all of them being window-type. (3) The cleaning staff don't understand anything, be it Hindi or English. I have asked them to refill conditioner in the bathroom, but didn't do the same. Cheers!
