Room has full of cockroaches.. Unfortunately I stayed in this hotel with my 10 months baby. He has got bites and rashes.. Poor room services.. Water stopped working in bathroom and closet (toilet)....

Standard rooms are very small and bed size also very small compare to other hotels. Front office staff also not response for anything. Morning breakfast not given to us. Rooms and corridor are insufficient space.

Though the room is good and equipped with free wifi which is quite good, the staff and front desk do not how to communicate to hotel guests. We have booked two standard AC rooms. We have asked for discount since my friend is coming there for second time. When we checked out, they discount is only for 1 room. Forget about the discount. We were never told that the break fast is complimentary. When we check out they asked if we availed it. We said we were never informed about it. There is lean dark guy in the front desk who don't even know anything about customer service says ' we should have asked for it' What the hell. If you have something to offer shouldn't you inform the guests about it? At least it should be printed in the pamphlet or in the hotel instructions paper. But no words about it and this guy is blaming us that we should have asked for it. Dear hotel owner/Manager, if you are reading this, please instruct you staffs as how to communicate to guests and have your offerings clearly mentioned somewhere.
