    Poor House keeping. Bed linen not changed, TV not working when we checked in. After several calls, housekeeping wd attend to you. Breakfast- lots of variety but no quality. Certainly not a 4 star hotel as claimed on yr site.

    No digital locker in the room also no facility for hanging wet clothes in the washroom. When enquired the reception replied that the services are in progress and will be provided in a month or so though both the things were mentioned in the service manual of the hotel.

    I use to travel udaipur veey frequently. This property is really good and centrally located. The staff of this hotel really is really cooperative. I stayed here for more than 50 times and my experience every time is great. Thank you to the team Golden Tulip forbeing so kind and helpfull.

    To start with requested for the airport transfer and was arranged on time ( thanks to falcon travels) early check was requested and the check in was swift. Decent buffet breakfast but on the last day we were leaving very early and front desk staff asked for the packed breakfast and that was packed 15 mins late and in the carry bag not in the packed box( why to compromise on food hygiene) in room dining staff not even the single time they was carrying pen to sign the checks and one strange thing was noticed by me that I had ordered milk for my kid at midnight and I have told the room service staff not to entered in the room but the guy entered in the room without my permission and this had happen two times. Then at last I want to thank Mr. Shishir panta one man show at the hotel and will be available anytime for any request. He was guy who have arranged specific brand milk for my kid to arrange the table for my friends on his wedding anniversary on the rooftop restaurant. Thanks a lot to Mr. Panta once again for making our stay so beautiful in golden tulip hotel.

    The trip to Udaipur was amazing. The stay at hotel was comfortable. Since it was a very tight schedule meeting but travel desk of Falcon make it very convenient, Ms Muskan advised and planned our trip so perfectly that it became a successful full trip.... keep it up Muskan

    We had a memorable stay at Golden Tulip Udaipur. The Property is maintained Very well with Dedicated employees.Good Property away from hustle bustle of city.... The is 3 kms away from City centre. We stayed for 1 Nights and was well worth. We would like to mention Special thanks to Mis.Muskan In Travel Desk and so special thanks to Mis. Pinki Sahu in Front Desk, who took gave lot information on history and places. Good food and excellent hospitality. However, there were only One minus points. 1. Wifi on chargeble basis.

    I chose this hotel and I now I regret it. A large hotel, centrally located close to Sukheria Circle in the heart of Udaipur. The hotel looks grand from outside and from the lobby area. Step into the hotel lobby towards your room and dingy walkways with inadequate lighting welcomes you with uneven plastered walls, damp oozing out and room number plates all tilted in its own fancy directions..!! Now step into the room and things will be the same. Worn off laminated furniture, poor lighting, dampened walls of the bedroom walls around the bathroom. Wall mirrors have developed marks due to poor maintenance. Bathroom door hinges haven't been oiled and thus creating irritating sound. Fridge inside the room is old & shabby with not even a bottle of water inside. Now our rooms were 1101 & 1119. Though we had booked an executive room, a base category, but we were upgraded to a Club Room by the hotel management on their own only because a large corporate team was there. The ac of both the "Club Rooms" was hardly functional. Fans were needed all day long. Bathroom towels were stained and the bed linen had to be asked to be changed. Technical person came to fix the ac but it remained the same throughout our stay. Bathroom flush wasn't working well. Even wasn't able to help us out. Best is to book it on your own. The restaurant had a particular smell. Quite overpowering!! Food was ok. Nothing to write home about. WiFi is also chargeable. The best part was that the receptionist just did not allow me to speak to the GM. Never stay here even if they offer a free room....!!!!!
