Positive points first: 1. Location is good, near to railway station and bus stand. That becomes more useful as various tourist attractions (City Palace etc.) are nearby. 2. ................. (difficult to find). Negative points: 1. In the same budget, there are more options with some more advantages in the vicinity. 2. Infrastructure not very good. It was just average. 3. Bed sheets and blankets were not very clean, had stains. 4. Food was bad. I ordered for Biryani and Paneer Veg, and the thing that I got was sticky rice with some chopped vegetables. The quality and taste was seriously bad. 5. There is no 24 hours power backup. When light goes off, the staff waits for at least 10-15 mins before starting the generator. If the electricity resumes, there money is saved. 6. There were mosquitoes in the room. On complaining, the staff provided a mosquito repellent liquid which was ineffective. On further complaining, they used fast cards which helped a bit.

BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN INDIA. The hotel is responsible for the permanent damage to my personal belongings & when confronted about it, I received nothing but arrogance, rudeness, lies and an obvious ability to pass blame. I was never given an apology or offered compensation. The management has also failed to reply to email's to resolve this issue. I would recommend staying somewhere else and getting better service, a better location and a better experience. The sheets & pillows desperately need to be replaced, they are extensively stained and very thin.

As soon as we came to hotel and I saw the rooms, there was negotiation on price of triple bed room. In the conversation, the manager was rude. When we agreed for the price, and stayed there for 1 night. When we checked out in the morning, the person at the counter did not behave well and no greetings to Indian customers. After paying the money, there was some change and the manager arrogantly put the change hard on table. I got very bad experience with this hotel and staff, especially the person at counter who had beard. I am telling his description so that you can identify him.

The facilities provided by hotel are good....Food provided by them is also delicious...So this is a good choice . Management of this hotel is cooperative and they will make your hotel stay at the best level ...

i find this hotel for my night stay by Makemytrip.com.but it was not a good choice for me as i was expecting.not hot water and shower.they provide me hot water in bucket. not good breakfast,my breakfast was included so they want to avoid my breakfast and check-out time,you know i got a call from reception at 9.00am in morning to make check-out. finally i can say, i was not happy with this hotel.
