The Royal Palace is a wonderful hotel! The manager and all the staff are very nice and eager to help, the location is prime (directly at the Daiji footbridge) and the rooftop is unbeatable! The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms including a hot shower are available in every room and the mattresses are very comfy! The restaurant is very clean and the food is awesome! Although it's not the cheapest it's definitely worth it!

Hi spent 5 days to this Hostel and i do not regret it. The Rooftop is amazing and allows you to have a super view on the lake. At night it's even more beautiful... Every Sunday night there is a concert on it, you will hear bollywood music but also Western music covered in Hindi which is quite amazing !!! Price are really cheap and food taste good. On the concert night Himanshu (the owner) bring kind of a Indian charocoal which make me taste the best cheese Naan i had in India !

The hotel is placed in an excellent point, just a second walk from the bridge. The room was very nice, clean and everything worked well. The rooftop and the restaurant are great, food is delicious! Himanshu and the rest of the stuff are great, very nice and welcoming. And the prices are truly fair compare to other places around.

We stayed at Hotel Royal Palace for a couple nights. The room is simple but spacious, clean and comfortable! The rooftop restaurant has a great view overlooking the lake and surrounding area. The food is delicious, and the stuff is friendly though they don't speak Much English. They also have live music in the rooftop regularly!

I haven't stayed here but have used the restaurant which serves a variety of delicious freshly cooked food including a few Indonesian dishes! The owner is happy to adapt dishes to your personal needs, whether it's less spicy, less oily or contains more vegetables, whatever your preference. Try the chicken pakora and the malai kofta (the best I've had in India), The view is fabulous and the perfect setting for a relaxed meal or 'The Real Jam' live music night every Sunday which showcases local and International musicians and attracts a global audience. Whatever you want, this place has it!
