My husband and myself stayed here one December and we had a delightful stay. Definitely a place we recommend. It is nestled in the midst of nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city if Udaipur. It is at one of those spectacular locations where you have a birds eye view of some parts of Udaipur whilst still enjoying the royal touch the city offers. Magnificent sunsets can be viewed from here. They have a lovely open air hot water pool and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and typical from Rajasthan. We loved both the veg and non-veg options and ate to our heart's content. The property has a lovely corner for an artist. A perfect setting to bring out the paintbrush and imagine away on an easel. The interiors of the house are very tasteful and add a good vibe to the place. It is makes the 'romantic sojourn' for a couple (and even for family and friends) with their cozy and royal bedrooms. Next time you are in Udaipur - give this place a try!

If you want to get away from the rush of the city, yet be within 15 mins of the centre of Udaipur, this is the place! With a spectacular view across a farmland valley, with hills spreading across your vista, there is a calm about Mountain Ridge that makes it so attractive. This architect designed home is very interesting, although it's obviously a challenge to maintain its former glory. The staff are totally committed to guest's needs, though their English (except for Mohamed, the delightful manager) is quite poor. Always accommodating, even to the extent of dinner "anything in particular you want?" Whether you quietly sit enjoying the view, read a book, go for a walk, or talk with other guests, it's great place! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Mountain Ridge in Sisarma is beautifully located just a 15 min drive outside Udaipur. So either you need to order a taxi to get into the city or the staff can drop you (car/motorbike) for a small fee. The road to the hotel is steep and not the best but manageable. The hotel manager Mohamad and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms I saw were clean and nicely decorated and had a balcony, some balconies are nicer than others. The hotel has a good clean pool. Also the food is very good! The bathrooms were fine, showers worked, plenty of hot water. Some towels were cleaner than others. I stayed there for four nights and I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful place at the outskirts of the city on a small cliff. Its been a while since we visited the place but the charming place continues to remain fresh over the time. When we visited, the owner was away but the staff was helpful and provided necessary service.
