What's Good: Small room

Our room was lovely (only downside was no drawers for storage), plenty of room and added bonus was the large fridge with free bottled water, replaced daily. Cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options with additional dishes such as pancakes available on request. The evening meal was 5.99 each and definitely worth it, each day (like the breakfasts ) there would be new dishes available. All the staff were very helpful, bookable cab service from reception, inexpensive and available to book for day trips. Overall an excellent stay.

This was my first visit to this property. I have stayed at other Hilton properties around the world....a very long time ago. This one, although a property of the Hilton group is not upto the mark yet. The property is fairly new with young very helpful staff. Ok, firstly when I checked in one helped me with my luggage.. Although there was a supposedly bellboy present. Hence there is the not so fresh breakfast... Not upto the standards of Hilton. The food... When hot is very good and one cannot complain. There is still work going on in the property or maybe it was just maintenance work so there was some fair amount of noise during the daytime. Also the property is in a residential area of the town. Actually I couldn't open my blinds cause there was an apartment right next to my window. Overall, I would be happy to comeback here as long as they serve me hot food (it's very tasty). The toilets (especially the shower heads) need some maintenance. Happy with the room.... No complaints.

Nice Hotel, amiable and patient employees. I particularly wish to express my gratitude to the Reception managers. I recently observed them perform their duty and proved to be a great help to me in my business trip. They provided particular help in resolving a confusing situation which could have seriously undermined my ability to do my job during my business trip. I checked in early morning for one night, the staff were professional and courteous in their way. Checking in was easy and the rooms are spacious. At breakfast there was good buffet to enjoy. The reception were so generous as we checked in early they offered us complimentary tea.

We were a group of 6 of over 60s travelling through Gujarat. One of the 6 is an owner of a hotel in this chain outside India. In comparison, this stay in Baroda was woefully lacking in many ways. The hotel has a huge problem with mosquitos. The communal area was unpleasant to sit in because of the bugs even after staff sprayed the room. Worse, the dining room was also full of them. When we complained whilst waiting for a meal, it took so much time for staff to spray that our meal had already arrived. It felt that the junior staff tried, but senior management simply liked donning the suits. The location of the hotel is great but given the issues we would not return.
