Hello everyone I am from kolkata and I visited at M.K.P. in the last year in the month of December for three days with my friends. There we get a good accommodation and the staff was so friendly with us. Then arrange everything for us like breakfast, Lunch, dinner etc. Even they arrange boat ride along with tuk tuk for Varanasi sight seeing with cheap & best rate as well. The the room tariff of this guest house is moderate and reasonable. So anyone can easily effort to stay in this guest house. Moreover the owner of this hotel is gentel & very helpful for us to buy the things like Banarasi saaris, garments, garlend of beeds and many more in cheap & best rate and we really enjoyed a lot while staying in that perticuler hotel. So guys I would like to suggest you that if you are looking for hotel or guest house for good accommodation in cheap & best rate then you can stay here with every kind of aminities along with good food, traveling, purchasing and many more ... ! Till then I wish M.K.P. would have a bright prospect ... ! Thank you ... ! Namaste ... !

This is the most worst hotel in Varanasi. The rooms are very dirty. The toilets did not work and they did not clean the toilets.Water falls from the ceiling and the rooms are dark, humid, damp and there are lots of mosquitoes.Wifi doesnot work. The price of this worst hotel Rs.900 per day.I found the staff to be very unprofessional at this guesthouse. I got the impression that they only cared about getting my money, and did not have much interest in helping me get my needs met.It is not even worth a single rupee.Personally, I do not recommend this place to anybody, worst place in India so far.

After being one month in India, 1 thing I know for sure: Indian people will tell you anything you want to hear as long try get some rupees out of your pocket. May be an unfair generalisation for some, but like in all generalisations, the majorities gets over minorities. This place was ok for the price (300 Inr for double room with bathroom), it's well located, and the tours we've made with them were also decent (probably overpriced though, but we didn't check for many alternatives anyway. Oh, and the "government fixed price" argument they use is kinda forced... It's India, come on!) However, in the silk factory visit that was included in their tour, we were sold fake silk; such an elaborated visit throughout the facilities and we ended up a cheap-melting silk shawl. Really disappointing. The owner of the hostel (older brother) kindness (or ability to sell and be persuasive) was compensated by the youngest rudeness. The rooftop restaurant is quite disappointing also. They should work on that and decorate it better before presenting it to customers. Still, in the Indian standards, I'd recommend this hostel, just don't "buy" everything they say.

Stayed here three nights. 300 rupees per night for a nice room with windows and private bathroom. Simple but clean! Great value for money. Surrounding area is great for eating cheap and delicious local food, and chai is everywhere. The manager is a great man and will help you with whatever you want.
