No pun intended, but these guys were very nice and accommodating when we had to stay another night. Very clean and friendly staff. Walking tour is very short though. Free breakfast is small but good to start off the day.

Really nice place to stay. Dorm rooms are clean and more than adequate for the price paid and breakfast is included which is a bonus. Best part of the stay were Atuls tours (walking tour was free) - informative and enjoyable. Staff were great - they let us stay in our beds after check out time as wed been ill the night before. Highly recommend

I'm giving 1 star because 0 star is not allowed. First time in my almost 5 years of traveling that I get kicked out of a hostel. No concrete reason provided, and all through text message because they weren't mature or professional enough to talk to me while in the premises. After 3 nights of staying there and already having issues with poor managing -poor breakfast, being charged for a coffee when it's offered for breakfast but they don't tell you it's not included, delays of almost 2hs for a meal, etc-, I was sent a message that I should leave. After all the messages which I uploaded so you can see what kind of people manage the hostel, I came back to the place to know what was happening. Together with me there were 4 others people from the hostel who also wanted explanation on the immensely rude, unapologetic and ridiculous treatment I was given. I was the only one kicked out but the other 4 decided to leave based on how I was treated and not feeling comfortable staying in a hostel that treats customers like I was. Long story short, they gave me all sort of really poor excuses on why I was kicked out, including: "I was doing their job" assuming that I was leading a group of 8 other girls to drink beer or not taking a tour from the hostel, which isn't only a lie but also talks about the misoginist way of thinking of these people believing that I was leading 8 grown up girls to do what I wanted... Ridiculous. Also they said that I collected money to buy beers from a place outside the hostel and saw it on a camera, when in reality another girl collected it. Truth is the beers in the hostel were hot so we didn't want to pay for that, and again, the idea of women doing what they want doesn't suit this hostels mentality, so I'm assuming they thought I was leading them into drinking and buying stuff outside of the hostel. Many more lies were said in the whole conversation. If anyone has any doubt or people from the hostel date to say anything against this,I've got a really clearifying video of the talk I had with the manager in which after a long talk I still wasn't given a reason. Finally all 5 of us had to leave at 10pm to walk 1km with our backpack to another hostel with room for us. In the end, mostly I think because they realised how f***** up they were and acknowledging I had record of messages and the video and they didn't want a bad review, they offered us to stay one night for free, which of course we refused. So... People, from traveler to traveler, just DONT STAY HERE!
