Located in a busy street, this hotel is just average. I have developed skin rashes and allergy after using the bed in their hotel- which shows they just do not use clean linen after each guest moves out. Food is also very average. Wifi is poor and room service is average. The room I was allotted had a stink and I had to repeatedly request the housekeeping to put some air freshener. Breakfast was also average and the toiletries in the room quite ordinary. Overall its a very average choice.

I would give a five star for this "Value for Money" hotel as narrated below: * Located in the heart of the city. ** Asthetic rooms with excellent ambience *** Sumptuous food ... complimentary breakfast has a variety of spreads. Would recommend anyone to opt for a buffet dinner. **** Energetic and agile pantry staff who greet & serve with tons of affection. ***** HR&Admin Manager, Mr Nagendra Prasad is a marvellous personality himself. He exhibits so much of exuberance. No doubt with inspiring HR manager like Mr Nagendra Prasad, Hotel Ajantha Evergreen would soon beat all top class hotels inthe city of vijayawada. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANY CORPORAT HOUSE & FAMILIES....keep up the great job!

The hotel is located in a busy but centrally located place, in Vijayawada. The rooms and premises are quite clean. Breakfast is complimentary and the spread is excellent. The restaurant is clean and the ambiance is very good. While the above are the good things about the hotel the flip side that I had experience was; Even when you take a room with twin occupancy, the housekeeping keeps dental support and towels for only one person. Only one 'Mineral' water bottle is kept in the room even when there are two guests in the room and the bottle is not sealed and appears to be filled by normal water. Cutting costs with such practices can have lateral effects. The hotel seems to be expecting all their clientele to know the local language as only Telugu Newspapers are supplied to rooms. When requested for a copy of an English Newspaper, the receptionist sends out a hotel boy to buy a newspaper at the guest's expense and the boy takes more than an hour and at least 3 reminders before getting the paper. When questioned for the delay, the receptionist answers in a lackadaisical manner. At the restaurant the bearers decide on how you would have your coffee. When you clearly say 'Coffee without sugar' they add a little sugar and instead of apologising for the miss, they try and coax you to have it saying how can one drink coffee without sugar. And finally, if you wish to sit around in the reception lounge you may feel very low or no air-conditioning! The Manager is an enthusiastic young man who wishes to make his hotel the best, but faces the challenge of harnessing a team of people with indifferent attitude. Having met him and discussed these issues with him in person, I wish that his management would see that the staff requires attitudinal adjustments and train them adequately and help the manager, suitably to fulfill his wish of making this a great hotel for staying. If he can control the staff in toto, though I know how tough it is going to be, the hotel would, indeed, be a very good place to stay at, in Vijayawada.
