  • Great place to stay

Made a pretty good decision by staying here during my time at Vizag. Not only the place offers value, it has a great, helpful staff and a good in-house kitchen. Thumbs up. Will definitely recommend. My room had a city view, so was an added icing on the cake.

I had a great time here. Very professional staff and accommodating management. A very good location as well, and ideal for both solo and family trips. Definitely will stay here when I visit Vizag again!

Amazing location, great value for money and tidy rooms. The staff was courteous and well trained. Kudos to the management team for being so professional. Would definitely visit this property again. Thanks

  • Very neat & clean hotels in excellent location

I stayed in this hotel in year 2015 & 2016 and the stay that time was good. I recently stayed in September 2017 in this hotel and the place is still the same in terms of hygiene and the cleanliness they are maintaining. I would say I cannot find any marks on the walls even after this many years of operation. Lastly I would say the location is superb and the room is worth every penny paid.

I stayed at this hotel for one day from 1st October 2017. It is a new property so very bright, neat and clean. The address and direction that they provide to tourist is quite misleading and auto rickshaw drivers have a hard time in understanding the same. The best way to provide direction is to ask them to take you to Care hospital and the hotel is right next to it. The management is very prompt when it comes to responding to emails and guest reception. So far so good. The first hick up that I came across when I reached the reception area and an elderly gentleman was at the desk. He told me that the room that I had booked is not available and they are upgrading me to a better room which does not come at the price that I payed through Goibibo. He repeated this quite a number of times and it made me feel very degraded as if I was begging for it and he is extending a favour that he is not supposed to. I am also a sales person and I know how to sell my product and at the same time make my customers feel great about the things that I do for them but not by being rude. Maybe he lacks exposure. There was another young chap(I forgot his name) during the night who was nice and courteous. the hotel was not complete at that time and they had actually converted a small room on the terrace into a dining place. Once again the same problem with complimentary breakfast. The items that were present were idly, mysore bajji, and lemon rice. No live counter for dosas or omlettes not even boiled eggs. The other options they had were cornflakes and fruits. Thats it. I don not remember exactly whether they had provisions for bread butter or not. The rooms were big and clean. Same problem with TV channels(only Telugu with very few options of hindi or other languages). Wifi connectivity was good. The hotel does not have an in house restaurant but there was a menu card in the room and I remember that we ordered food in our room and it was tasty. Room service was good.

  • Ask for larger rooms as they have mixed sizes
