    What's Good: Staff behaviour

    What needs to improve : cleanliness

    Reason For Rating : Hotel dosen't have proper listing, like it was listed as wifi enaled but wifi was to weak to connect. Check in time was noted as 10 am but hotel informed it as 6 am although they allow me to stay upto 10 am after production of booking mail but it was irretating. Other website offer much lower price for the same hotel.

    Hi this is Samrat mondal. I will be visiting manasa homes with my family on 12 march and stay for a week.i have Heard a lot if good things about this hotel.     We booked our stay for three days upon arriving we found this place to be dirty and unhygienic as a result we decided to change to different hotel even though we lost some money I will not recommend this place to anyone

    The hotel looks nowhere like it is shown in the picture. Everything looks dirty and old. Rooms are very cramped. Quality of bedsheets, furniture and overall hygiene is extremely poor. Beds are so old and poor quality, you are always scared that it will break. Staff is rude, if he cleans the room, he will behave like he has done a big favor to you. He keeps smoking beedi, and it smells so bad, you can't even stand and talk to him. This is not a hotel, not a service apartment but more like a dharamshala. Surprised at such good reviews, it seems reviews are paid or doctored. Only, saving grace is the location which is right next to beach and nothing else.

    We went for a family vacation and stayed at manasa homes. The rooms were comfortable and facilities were adequate for the price we paid. We had problem with parking as there is not enough space. The staff is courteous but they were not available sometimes.

    This is a good service apartment, well maintained. This has three floors and each floor has a separate attendants who take care of all your needs. This is near to the beach road and specially if you are planning a business trip or personal within a limited budget but at a good scenic location this is the right place which can opt. No parking space for your car, you have to park it outside the gate, but it is okay in terms of security. Restaurant in the hotel prepares only breakfast and every other food item has to be brought from outside which you can choose from. Make a note of the check-in and check-out times, it is from 6AM to 6AM.
