Please do not get misled by by what they have written on their website. The hotel is complete opposite what they claim. As soon as my taxi stopped in front of the hotel,I started having my doubts about the place. A very unkempt looking building from outside and even worse from inside. The hotel was completely deserted.....there was not even a single customer in the Restaurant, even though it was 9 AM in the morning. The rooms....so called Deluxe and Suite were very dirty,no clean linen and very unhygienic bathroom and cockroaches running everywhere;very pungent smell all over the place. And they charge Rs 1500 and 3000 respectively for such a dump, which is way way high for a place like Wardha. It was a very unsafe place to stay for women. So I decided to get in touch with my local contact for an alternative accommodation. While I was waiting for them to pick me up,the Front Desk Guys( including the Waiters/Bell Boys) were just watching videos on their mobiles.....totally unconcerned that they are losing a customer.Even the Hotel Owner did not bother contacting me ( He had my Number) to find out as to why In cancelled the booking. Very pathetic place!!!! Will not recommend anyone to stay there.

I got the worst experience in my life at Vidyadeep hotel, Wardha. I called hotel for the room..the reception lady asked me to write an email regarding my schedule. I wrote and then called again since I didnt got the reply in 24 hours. Then the hotel sent me confirmation of booking email..When I reached on a very next day...the reception lady refused to give me room and told I dont have booking...when I show their email..she told the room was given to someone else..told me to sleep on the reception sofa for 3 hours..then I will get the room..when I asked whats this...she told me to go the other hotel..blunt..hopeless... arrogant staff..

The room tariff is double that of another leading hotel.I was made to pay Rs 2500 per day for wife, son and myself. The food is ok but terribly expensive. There was a huge crack running across the length one of the walls near the head end of the bed.The hotel itself was dirty and dark. We asked to have our rooms changed, but the other one also had a similar huge crack in rhe wall. A third roomhad the ac leaking. The room service is ok but you have to ask for everything, even for the room to be cleaned each morning. Free wifi is available in the lobby, along with newspapers.
