If want to spend a quiet weekend at Wayanad with a wonderful host at a home away from your home, this is surely the place you should zero down to. The house is just ideal for 2 to 3 families with a kid each. Have a kitchenet for cooking your basic stuff. The property is very well maintained. The location is just ideal with everything you need being walkable. Had sumptuous breakfast and dinner for the 2 days I stayed there. Definitely a great experience. This will for sure strengthen your preference of staying in a good B&B over a star hotel, especially at places like Wayanad!!

Sajan was really helpful in hosting us. The homestay is very pleasant and affordable too. It is located on the highway and close to Kalpetta bus stand. Sajan helped us to get to the right place at the right time which made our holiday as one of the best of our lives.

We, five Frenchies including two couples, stayed there for two days. We had a delightful time there especially thanks to the host - Sajan - who took great care of us. He arranged everything, from the booking of our bus tickets from and out of Wayanad, the sightseeings inside Wayanad, until the booking of accommodation for our subsequent stop in Kerala. He always made sure that we were enjoying ourselves and made his best endeavor in order for us to feel confortable. On top of that, he offered to see his coffee plantation and taste the end product. It was a memorable experience and in all likelihood, our best host during our trip in south India. We highly recommend this place especially for anyone who doesn't speak Mallyalam and hasn't travelled around in the Wayanad region before.

It is one of the best places to stay in Waynad. It is located ideally with a petrol bunk right opposite to it. Bye-bye fuel worries ! :) Also, there are good restaurants near-by for a quick bite. Sajan is an amazingly gracious host. He took it upon himself to plan our itinerary. At any given time he was available on call for us.The cook at the home stay can certainly compete in Master-chef. He is that good. The rooms have a great vibe, well kept, and spacious. Water facility and safety is very well taken care of. They also have a well equipped kitchen, if you fancy cooking. Overall, thank you Sajan for being such an amazing host and making our trip dear.

We spent 3 days here and it felt like home. Its right in the centre with access to nearby hotels, petrol bunk etc. Sajan is a great host and he was kind enough to plan our entire trip. He was accessible on call anytime :) If you are looking for a peaceful, clean and spacious place in Wayanad... Look no further. This is the best I have come across :) Highly recommended.
