The place is good if you get rooms with balcony which has beautiful views. Room has basic amnesties. Rooms were clean. Food provided was very good. But maintainance could have been better. Overall a good stay for a few days.

It was totally dirty. Not well maintained. So many insects were inside room. Bathroom was filled with leeches and it was stinking badly. We had booked for 2 days, but vacated within a day. Only con i could say was the view from tea garden. Please never ever select this room unless u r ready to stay in the dirt.

The place was very surprising to us, we didn't expected it to be so welcoming. When we entered we were very confused what was awaiting us, but the place was very good. The rooms are quite good with all basic amenities but everything is compensated with the awesome view from the room of the huge tea estate around. Food was also fine, though not very exclusive but its fine at Kerala.Only one advice not k for luxury looking people but good for bag packers.

The staff - Shibi and Ummar were very courteous. Ummar cooks really nice food, pure, fresh, homely and tasty food. The banana leaf wrapped fresh pepper fish fry was the best I have ever had. Ummar helped us in plantation walk and a small trek. The 60 acres tea estate is very beautiful and worth the money with lush green plantations n silence. This place is good for folks who can afford adventurous stay in budget. It could be little creepy as it gets dark but I can say it is safe. There were autos that could come all the way up to take us to sight seeing places. The walk in those plantations was real charming. A mirror in the dressing table could have been good. They have it but in the shower room.

My first advice is......Don't Go Here. Its ugliest place on planet may be. If you are used to sleep in village farm, this may be place for you.But If you are from urban area, with family and kids, this is horrible place.Never ever think also. Still if you go, be ready for: 1. Struggle to charge ur phone because there is plug in any room.Only One Bulb in room. 2.All sort of insects are waiting for you.The dangerous are Big spiders and Lychee...a blood sucker. 3.Nothing to eat available in resort, if you order, they bring from out. 4.Only one or two person are available for service and maintenance of resort. 5.Go with antiseptics and bag of salt ( for Lychee) 6.Horrible place for kids 7.If you don't get room in this area, cancel the trip but don't here.Don't go by photographs. 8.No outside lighting in this place.Totally dark.More than sleeping in fear, you can not do anything here. 9.Don't get trapped by view. There are 100 places around better than this. 10.A person who is owner has no interest in this property. He may ask for feedback when he comes there. He will forget next day and will ask to next guest same thing. 11.Final comment: STAY AWAY from this place.
