Hotels In Jharkhand

History
It is believed that the language used by tribes in the state of Jharkhand is identical to the one used by people of the Harappa society. In order to end the barbarian culture in the region, Raja Jai Singh Deo of Odisha declared himself the ruler in the 13th century. The region was called Kukara during the Mughal, and it changed to Jharkhand in the year 1765, after the British came here. After independence, Dar Commission proposed the status of a separate state for this region in 1948, but it was rejected on the linguistic grounds. However, after years, Jharkhand state was formed as the 28th state of India on November 15, 2000.
