Aeromexico does not take responsibility for delayed or canceled flights, changes in flight schedules, change of stops, or passengers missing connections due to delayed flights. The airline will, however, take responsibility if a passenger has been denied boarding due to overbooking, or some other factor attributable to the airline, under Article 52 of the Law of Civil Aviation.
