Return flt from JKT/SIN on 14Dec on Scoot wasn't good. Inspite of the fact that my bag weighed only 15 kg I had to buy prepaid voucher for 20Kgs which is the minimum applicable on the "Manage my booking". Mails sent for clarification takes 10 days to respond. Local calls in Jakarta were never answered after pressing the options . On the whole their customer service was poor. However, Air Asia was better on outbound SIN/JKT. You may convey this to scoot as I feel this is not fair on their part to charge more. Presuming I had 22Kg , would they have let off ? Its a big question. If you get any response pl let me know. Tks

YATRA services are good, no doubt about this as Im regularly book Flights from your portal. Air Asia is pathetic experience, they charge for everything, even Baggage which was not know, unwanted Ques and the prices are too high, on going I paid, Rs,4k+, and return they asked for 80USD. No in flight food & beverages etc. They seem to be cheaper, but Overall you spend equivalent to other mid range operators. I do not recommond or travel in AirAsia. And staff behavior with other passengers is not convincing at all.
