Knowing I have severe motion sickness and anxiety, I had pre-assigned all my seats to ensure I had window seats. To ensure I didn't have to wait in line, my check-in was done only to find out that all my seats were changed to center seats and could only change to something else at the airport, thus making the entire check in process a waste. After 1 hour of standing in line, I managed to get a window seat for the first leg of the journey Mumbai to Nairobi and for the next leg, I had to check at Nairobi airport with only a 55 mins layover. The first leg of the journey was relatively okay. Sleeping most of the journey, I missed all the service. Feeling severely dehydrated I asked a crew member for a juice or water three times, only to be told each time that she will get it if she has the time. She passed my seat 4 times after that, but couldn't help me with a glass or bottle of water or anything. I never got anything to drink. Upon reaching Nairobi, I had to rush and beg and plead for a window seat and finally managed it on 17A which was non reclining. Unfortunately, the medications didn't help and towards the last hour of the journey, and due to the extreme dehydration, I started feeling very ill and like I was passing out and thus, needed to rush to the only washroom at the very back. I managed to reach in time, but the washroom was occupied. Feeling like I was fainting, I sat down on the crews seat and sincere apologies, couldn't hold back and had to vomit. One of the crew was right there, but occupied on the cellphone. I tried to get her attention to ask for a bag, but in vain. By the time she looked up, all my clothes, shoes and everything was spoilt. She said she didn't have any bag and looked around doing her other work. There are bags behind every seat, but none were given to me. Sick and giddy, she didn't seem to want to help much and instead handed me a bag of tissues and threw it on the floor making it very evident that I needed to clean up. I vomited a lot and in between each time, was cleaning the floor while she continued her work & to hunt for more tissues and splashed some liquid on the floor. Thankfully another crew member came and handed me a huge plastic bag for dumping the dirty tissues. Once I had cleaned it all, I proceeded to the washroom to wash my clothes. The gentleman was sweet enough to hand me a soda. I have never felt so miserable and sick in all my life. After washing up, still stinking, I went to my seat. After landing, I waited for my baggage for 40 mins, only to be told that 10-20 passengers bags are left back in Nairobi and would come after 3 days. The bag had all my clothes, essentials, blood pressure medications, money cards, and shoes, leaving me no choice but to be stuck with vomit clothes and shoes for the next three days and no medication without which my blood pressure gets very high. When I complained, I was assured an allowance + compensation, but the same was later denied. Miserable miserable airline.. Will be approaching consumer court & taking legal action.

Airline PNR No - WZNS90. ( Dakar to Delhi ) Yatra ref"0101770540401. Two stops mentioned during booking process . But Bamako while going to Mumbai & return via Abidjan is additional . So three landings , not fair dealing . Return from Mumbai , 12 Hours waiting that too at Capital of Kenya, Nairobi ? . Atleast lounge facility could have been provided or $ 20 could have charged extra for sleeping at night. Fare from Dakar to Mumbai is Rs 65,000/ and at the same time up to Delhi is Rs 44,000/- . How ? Beyond imagination & Logic. We could not cancel Boarding pass at Mumbai with Jet Airlines as i was going to Chennai . I tried my best in vain at Mumbai . Increase the fare to Delhi by Rs 10,000/- and reduce Mumbai by Rs 5,000/- is good option . Dakar to Mumbai is no problem within 24 Hours, manageable . Good Indian vegetarian food shall be served with smiling faces and attention . About 30 Indians staff are working with me at Dakar , majority go by Brussel or other Airlines . In this competitive world action is must , arrogance leads some other players profit . Simple it is . Pl reply by whatsapp +221 780 142 221 . Best wishes Ramesh Deputy General Manager RPG Group .

Crew members should be allowed to take selfies with passengers. Crew members should help passengers to lift and place their cabin baggage which generally happens on domestic flights but I saw that it isn't the same on International flights
