Newark International Airport, newark

Earlier called as Newark International Airport, the Newark Liberty International Airport is located in the city of New Jersey in the US. It was inaugurated in 1928 and is one of the three major airports in the New York metropolitan area, forming an airport system that is the second largest in the world in terms of passenger traffic. The airport is operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and owned together by the cities of Elizabeth and Newark.
