1.The Oman Airlines staff( male) on 2nd March around 2 pm. while check- in, loading my luggage behaved very rudely without giving proper information for extra luggage. I was forced return the extra luggage. normally Laptop will be allowed free however, they have collected the money for extra 2 kgs, Rs.3946. and Surprisingly for the same weight luggage, the same staff adjusted the luggage of another passenger with underhand dealings, allowed the luggage without collecting any extra luggage charges. The staff should be trained to behave humanly, sympathetically with the international passengers and ethical values imbibed without indulging in underhand dealings. 2. The flight WY 284L started @ 3.20 @ Bangalore and landed in Muscat @5.40 p.m. the next flight to Addisababa was on 3rd March, 4.50 am. it is more than 10 hours, All the passengers were Stranded in the Airport Without food, sleep. As per the rules the reputed Airlines treat the passengers humanly Providing accommodation, food, in a Hotel, if the waiting time is more than 6 hours. 3. As if this suffering is not enough, the Ethiopian Airline suddenly announced the cancellation of the flight no. 5001L on 3rd march. The passengers including me stranded in the Airport for more than 30 hours without sleep and rest. The Ethiopian/Oman Airline staff, neither provided the accommodation in a hotel, nor the passengers were allowed to go out to take rest in any hotel, they were detained in the Muscat Airport for no fault of them. This inhuman treatment to passengers is violation of Human rights. At last the flight to Addisababa was arranged on 4th March @4.50am. the flight landed Safely around 9am. 4. But to our surprise our luggage was not found. We were informed that our luggage is misplaced at Muscat, it will come next day, one more day we have stayed in a hotel at Addisababa with our Expenses. We have also lodged a complaint with Customer care/relations and met the officials, they promised to investi
