Inflight Experience was very good. Baggage Handling is Horrible. Inspite of having fragile stickers on my baggage, the baggage was mishandled, damaged. Bangalore Airport is the worst when it comes to baggage handling. Even the baggage ramp makes sure your baggage is damaged. HORRIBLE !

Over all experience is very horrible. We booked for bangalore to Dubai via, bombay. Our baggage was not allowed to book directly to Dubai. During my past international travels, when I had 5 flights to change, I had booked the luggage to final destination through multiple tour operators. But it was not done in spicejet. We really had a tough time shifting the luggage from one terminal to other. I dont recommend spicejet to any one. I will blog my experience on the net and also going to consumer court taking this issue. thanks, Srinath , 98441 71141

      - Flights fly on time - Less technical issues ( like air entertainment actually working, engine not getting repaired till the last minute) - Cleaner washroom ( cockroaches on the air travelling with me for free, isn't really entertaining)

Air Indian flight from Dubai to Delhi was delayed and AI helped me in puuting us on a direct Bangalore flight rather than us waiting for 4 hrs in Dubai, but the flight AI994 was phatatic. Its a old flight in which no entertainment system was working and it was a hop over flight with 1 hr stop in Goa. The A/C was switched off that 1 hr and people started sweating badly. This is bad on AI part to do this.

Except last minute change of flight or rescheduling, rest all very happy with jet airways. They provide huge list of flights available while booking to a destination, but last minute they trouble passengers hurrying for the other flights.. this is the second time experienced rescheduling... Other things Jet Airways team was awesome...

Dear Indigo CEO, I wanted to share my horrible international flying experience on an IndiGo flight to and from Dubai from Bangalore. My PNR is RJKKYD - - 6E 95 30May BLRDXB 0720/0950 - 6E 96 12Jun DXBBLR 1100/1630. This was my first international Indigo flight and much has been left to desire after the poor experience. 1. When I flew out from Bangalore on 30 May the check in process was slow and inefficient. The crew at check in computers was taking almost 20-25 minutes to check in some travellers. There were some people who broke the queue and entered from the left of the check in counters since there was no one to man it. It was a free or all. There were only 4 indigo staff to check in close to 100 travellers that day. 2. On the return leg of my flight yesterday (12th June) after landing at Kempegowda international airport and waiting for my suitcase for an hour I didnt find it. There was no information being relayed by the staff. No one came to assist me until I went to inq
