UL 309 Singapore to Colombo- fully booked -Veg. food was not available for all 4 of us including 2 kids. - not good support to organize options like fruits/ bread/ juice Return trip both UL 309 and UL 173, for kid they did'nt even bother to share the goodies

An on time departure would be most welcome (a 2 hour delay in the middle of the night is most distressing), legroom could be greatly improved (after all we are human beings, not cattle).

Flight from Singapore to Srilanka…was delayed and the takeoff and the landing was miserable. Throughout the journey the flight was unstable and at one point the flight seemed to loose control. The service was bad as we had to wait for 15 minutes to get a glass of water.

I HAVE REACHED SINGAPORE ON 21ST APRIL, WHILE MY BAGGAGE WENT MISSING. I HAD TO SUFFER A LOT IN SINGAPORE.I HAD GONE TO MAKE A PRESENTATION THERE AND MY STUFF WAS NOT WITH ME. I RECEIVED IT BACK ON 24.APRIL. THE AIRLINES SHOULD GIVE AN ALLOWANCE OR COMPENSATION FOR THE DELAY IN BAGGAGE DELIVERY. BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM AIR INDIA AIRLINES ABOUT THIS COMPENSATION WHICH THEY HAVE MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

First time flying with Malaysia Airlines . Very disappointed ! The seats are really very close together so getting in & out was very difficult esp for someone with knee problems . Food served on BLR - KL sector & KL - BLR sector was bad ( very dry ) Had to wait a long time on landing in KL from SING. for a wheel chair . Finally when one was supplied, the wheelchair attendant was in such a tearing hurry - as a result the wheelchair narrowly missed hitting quite a few people walking in front or to the side of us ,plus he kept bumping into barriers & sides of lifts( elavators) as a result I was jolted around quite a bit. I told him to slow down but he wouldn't listen. The toilets at the departure section esp. the special toilets for wheelchair passengers were filthy. Very difficult to flush the toilets- had to call my husband in & ask for his help but even he found it difficult to push the flush button. Absolutely impossible for a lady. The sofa chairs in the lounge for wheelchair passengers were dirty & stained. High time they were re - upholstered ! This was my 1st & last flight with Malaysia airlines . Never again ! Only good thing I have to write about, is the service of the cabin crew on all sectors - they were all very helpful & courteous. Mrs Prema Angelo

While inside the flight, the air hostess didn't seem to question a kid running on the aisle. It was disturbing the sleep. Given the timing of the flight, it is but obvious that passengers would want to sleep. I raised the issue with the air hostess and thereafter the kid didn't run on the aisle
