Excellent cabin crew, as always. The check-in LITERALLY took 2 minutes (a lesson Air India and other Indian airline can learn!), the Thai Airways staff at the airport as well as the cabin crew were super-excellent in all ways, helping first-time elderly Indian flyers on board the plane, always smiling and being courteous! The check in lady was extremely polite, professional, and quick. I will only fly Thai Airways to Thailand and only recommend it to my relatives. The Indian food was the BEST INDIAN FOOD I've had on ANY carrier, Indian, Western, or Asian. Amazing mgmt by Thai Airways in everything, even the pilot, Copilot, first officer, purser and all cabin crew welcomed us heartily to the flight and thanked us with big smiles at the end. Wish Indian airlines learn something from great airlines like Thai, instead of being "robotic" and very impersonal in customer service

The crew was careless. Never bothered to pick up meal trays after dinner for two hours. Most passengers left empty trays on the floor around their seats. No crew came to ask for refills or tea/coffee. All crew missing after once serving the meals.
