      This is with regard to the Etihad flight from Brussels to Delhi, via Abu Dhabi that I had taken on 10th June 2019 and I would hereby like to share the pathetic experience I have had. The flight (EY0218) was scheduled to depart at 21:45 from Abu Dhabi. While boarding the flight, we realised that the AC in the aircraft was not working. The cabin crew assured all the passengers that it would soon be switched on. While we continued to wait for the plane to take off we were given different explanations regarding the delay. We were kept waiting for more than two hours with doors closed, seat belts fastened and no AC. It had become too suffocating and only when all passengers started venting out anger we were asked to de-board the flight. We were still not given any intimation about the malfunctioning of the AC. After we deboarded the flight we came to know about the issue with the AC and had to again go through the security check. The ground staff were clueless about the revised departure

      if you are going to give domestic flight services on international routes then no need to fly international routes at all.

      Flight from abu dhabi to delhi is the worse flight I have ever travelled. Seats were not moving and its like a loelow cost domestic airlines.

      Meals were unsatisfactory. The entertainment system wasn't working. The cleanliness was not up to the mark.

      3-hour delay on my first flight, had to run to catch my connecting flight and then that was delayed as well... I had to reschedule my flight, my meal preferences were not transferred to the second flight. Food was of poor quality

      The airline didn't allow to do web check in and at the time of flight refused to give us seats together. We had to sit on separate seats which was very unpleasant and spoilt the entire experience.

      improve the on ground services like check-in. i had to spend twice the normal time (more than 30 mins) at check-in after I checked in online. Also the the gate information display is very poor - in my case the display board showed "FINAL CALL" only 5 mins after the displayed "NOW BOARDING".
