Thai Airways has been considered amongst the best airlines, and that is why I chose this one over Jet Airways and others. However, I was disappointed by my boarding and in-flight experience. The boarding was very haphazard. There was no proper indication on boarding lanes. Despite announcing row-wise boarding, they allowed other passengers to board whose rows were not yet announced. They were unable to manage a seamless boarding. The in-flight experience also left a lot to be desired. The aircraft was in a shoddy state. My seat had a cup holder missing. My mother needed water but despite ringing for the crew a couple of times I couldn't get any one to come over. The famous Thai politeness and hospitality was seen lacking in those serving meal. Very disappointed.

Overall inflight experience good. But, Screen entertainment was missing and scarcity of non veg meals on BKK DEL flight when asked was shocking, looking at the rich history of Jet Airways. They managed that with difficulty.

After boarding the AI plane,we were shocked to find ourselves in a furnace in the sweltering heat of Delhi on June 06 afternoon. The AC system was malfunctioning. The engineering staff took three hours to fix the issue but they couldn't. People were getting unconcious, children were crying, everyone just wanted to deboard. Air India staff didn't even care to provide cold water ,any refreshments or even the required medical assistance. Above all the crew was rude and uncaring. A 3.5 hours flight took off three hours late and ironically, the ACs were still not working. The scared and sweating passengers were shouting, fighting to just get down. But noone gave a damn and the flight took off. We landed at Bangkok in the middle of the night to stand in Visa queue for another 4-5hrs,since more flights had landed by that time, and. the crowd at the airport had multiplied. Overall,it was a harrowing experience.

I think air india should shut shop and save the taxpayers money and the india citizens some self respect. no ice no sprite no blankets , one way air con was not working , staff needs some better training in general mannerisms - really looks and feels like a government office operating - privatise it if u cant manage it please ! warm regards - truthful citizen of india.

Most pathetic flight ever. Air india boarding pass issuance of IA 334 took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Deapite reaching airport 3 hrs 15 minutes b4 take off could board flight running and panting. AIR BUS IA 334 staff was not courteous. Food served at very odd hours and drinks even at more odd hours. Who the hell drinks at 1:30 in the morning. Useless flight. Recomend not to take it.

Self check-in kiosk we're far from the airline counters. Thai check-in staff for jetairways were unfriendly and no intent of helping. Cabin crew couldn't keep up with the needs and were always worked up. Beverage was offered only once. No chance of even asking again as they were running around like headless chicken. Quality of food was bad and tasteless.
