Worst airline in India. 5 hours delay and we missed our further connection and there was NO help at all from Spice Jet, also out return flight was many hours late. We will contact India Tourism and warn all agents to not use Spice Jet

Well the flight was quite short so a lot of entertainment wasn't really needed. So for a short flight everything was quite perfect. On ground I was also asked what kind of seatplace I preferred, which impressed me.

On the return flight the crew refused to accept a 500 rupee note for a meal. You are an Indian airline flying to India and you do not accept Indian currency? I thought I left the silly large bill phobia back in Kathmandu and was looking forward to going back to the country where all my money is good. I guess that only happens on the ground. Good thing I didn't have to pay my fare I hundreds or I'd have needed another suitcase just for the bills.

The cabin crew was pretty slow in service. My return flight (SG042) was late by over an hour. Then the crew was pretty slow that by the time they came to me, it was time for landing. So no water no food, you can imagine my feeling!

AirIndia doesn't have different counters for different destinations at IGA Delhi. Result: domestic and international passengers muddled up, at least 1500 people in one enormous queue. I had checked in online but still had to wait in the main queue for 2 hours because AI was so chaotic. People almost missed their flights. This is partly because Jet has gone bust, but after 70 years of running an airline, you'd think AI would know how to organise their check in! Never again

This flight does not value the time of its customers. Its always a delay. Sometimes on account of bad weather (while other flights depart on time) sometimes on account of technical reasons. But delay is almost sure. We must never plan for an important meeting

Online checkin facility is not working for many months. Airline is least bothered. Quality of food is really bad. The national Airline of India offering promoting divisiveness through adding religion with food. Sack the person who came up with that option.

When i booked the flight in the internet, the money was taken, but then it said also, the flight was uncomfirmed , because the price changed. I had to call your hotline, had to wait in total 22 minutes and my hotel charged me around for this phonecall over 40 Dollars. If you just cancelled the booking if the price changed, i wouldnt have to have all the hustle. Its not a good policy to take the money ans then tell the client, that the flight is unconfirmed, never had this before. This problem solved, the rest was okay...

Nepal airline was very friendly and fast service,.. the food was simple yet sufficient for the 90 minute flight. They seen to be willing to go a step ahead of the other airlines I've flown to & from Nepal to India. Spice Jet, Jet Airways don't serve any food, not even a beverage, and the service is just to inform you of flight details. Sad, I'll stay with Nepal Airlines thank you ... Robert
