Following service urgently need to be improved. My Wife and Son was traveling alone and my Son got fever in flight from Delhi to Moscow (this is not the problem). But while my family traveling alone and Son got fever for the flight next flight Moscow to London, the gate number was written 28 on the boarding pass and they changed it to Gate number 7 at last moment. My wife and Son was waiting on Gate 28 and no one was there to inform them that Gate number has changed. Though it was displaying on board but in this situation at least one from crew member should be present at Gate 28 to give information to passengers to go to Gate 7. Do the flight management want passenger to keep checking on board for gate number? While it is clearly written on boarding pass?

Communication with crew was difficult. It would be helpful if crew on International flights are formally trained with communicating in English. Almost all instructions, sign boards and even magazines were in Russian language. Something bilingual, with English would be very helpful. Cabin seat covers needs to be redone, I would call then dirty and much below my expectations.

Flight No.GF135 took us from Delhi to Bahrain and we were to catch our connecting flight GF7 starting 01:40 reaching London at 06:25 on 20.09.2018. When we were boarding our schedule flight at around 1:00, we we're stopped to enter the flight by Mr Hasan Ali. Our in flight entertainment systems weren't working through the flight. I believe many seats had this problem.

The flight was late. They charged Rs 1500 for a non reclining seat near the loo. Terrible food.
