      Following service urgently need to be improved. My Wife and Son was traveling alone and my Son got fever in flight from Delhi to Moscow (this is not the problem). But while my family traveling alone and Son got fever for the flight next flight Moscow to London, the gate number was written 28 on the boarding pass and they changed it to Gate number 7 at last moment. My wife and Son was waiting on Gate 28 and no one was there to inform them that Gate number has changed. Though it was displaying on board but in this situation at least one from crew member should be present at Gate 28 to give information to passengers to go to Gate 7. Do the flight management want passenger to keep checking on board for gate number? While it is clearly written on boarding pass?

      Communication with crew was difficult. It would be helpful if crew on International flights are formally trained with communicating in English. Almost all instructions, sign boards and even magazines were in Russian language. Something bilingual, with English would be very helpful. Cabin seat covers needs to be redone, I would call then dirty and much below my expectations.

      Please improve your website for check in, process. It does not responds properly for change in meals options and does not accept the options. I had difficult time in selecting meals and could not get through. please define STANDARD MEAL, does it say anything ? does it makes sense ?, whose standard meal you are talking about ? Better include menu in the website. Everywhere the menu includes non-vegetarian food, is that world standard or emirates standard ? The food in dxb-lhr flight, i was was not even asked for which food i want, instead served me a non-vegetarian food. I am a vegetarian and was shocked to find there was nothing i can eat for a long haul flight for 7 hours of journey. Just because you are flying from dxb-lhr route, you can't expect all your passengers accepting non-vegetarian food. Please respect food preferences and offer as asked. I would rather like to be asked at boarding time /web-check in for meal preference to be mandatory for convenience to avoid shock in air. everything is good in emirates except food.i wish i could have pictures to upload. thank you

      Ground staff insisted that I need return flight on my type of VISA which was a which was a 6 month duration STUDENT VISITOR visa , whereas there is no such requirement by UKBA . There was a considerable waiting time . They ought to be better aware and the ground staff put up questions as if they were the emigration officials from UKBA. i would rate my interaction with the ground staff as horrendous.

      Everything was in order except for the meal on return flight from London to New Delhi. It was horrible the taste the texture were very bad. Specially the chicken it was not cooked properly and the breakfast one bite was enough to churn the stomach .And, It is not only my experience my cousins who traveled on various other dates experienced the same. Kindly, do something asap!

      The meals on the flight could hav been much better for instance they offerred a scrambled egg which was re heated abd was tasteless. They could also have a more trained staff to deal with special requests. For instance I wanted to make a purchase of two of their products displayed in the magazine however, when the product cart arrived most people were asleep as it was an overnight journey and after my repeated requests (4times) nobody came to sell the products to me infact nobody bothered to evensay ;No; that it wasnt possible. My request was left up in the air as is without any response!

      The stop over time in Brussels to Manchester is very short as the flight was delayed and its was risk that I might have missed the flight

      The flight from DEL-LHR was nothing to talk about, its better i should not say. Response from cabin crew was lousy,and does not match to even domestic flight standards. Poor food quality, non-responsive staff. Can you imagine, when i asked a service, it took 10 min to attend, 10 min to respond? that too for a glass of water ? And you call this as an international flight ? I regretted for taking Jet. Checking was good and prompt and hassle free.

      It was fine. I do not use my surname as per Passport. I had difficulty in online check-in But I was guided by Jet Airways on phone. I would request U to issue general guidelines in this regard for such persons.

      Your customer care was dumb enough in understanding cx's concern.When spoke to their seniors-they are dummers. They wanted us to pay for asking basic general questions.I wish to sue ur company some day.The ground staff dont know how to treat senior citizens -forget about the delight.Food was worst.Not to forget that the flight landed 1 hr 20 min early which messed up the day and i eneded paying 1000 for speeding the car to pick my mom.

      I was at BA's terminal 5 at London Heathrow to board the flight to New Delhi, BEWARE here most of BA ground staff are THUGS, they try to extract maximum money out of you. I was carrying a photograph which could easily be stored in the cabin but ground staff refused to allow this as cabin baggage then they asked me to pay GBP 60 then came a superintendent who instead of helping me raised the amount to GBP 110 and they finally took GBP 165 for one piece weighing less then 5 KG, moreover they were arrogant, rude and non-helpful as I was not carrying the cash money, I tried to pay through VISA CC but their machine did not accept the card, the cash vending machines near their counter would say non fuctining as soon as I have entered the pin, though the money exchange counter just next to them accepted the CC even without the PIN and gave me cash in US$ (as they do not give GBP) and that too at an exorbitant exchange rate of about 25% higher then the actual bank rate and a flat fee of GBP 3.00 They all seems to work under a grand design to rob poor passengers. Pathetic would not fly again with BA.
