I booked this flight for my mother and a wheelchair service was requested and confirmed for her. But at the Sydney airport, she didn't receive the wheelchair service and instead get stuck inside the Sydney International airport for 5 hours till the time I arrived on a different flight at Sydney Airport. What if, I wasn't travelling on the same day to the same airport, how could my mother manager to collect her bag and get her way out of the airport as she has difficulty walking. POOR HORRIBLE SERVICE LEVELS OF AIR INDIA. SHAME OF INDIA.

Happy with serviCe. Checkin agent could be more helpful with considering that I have a small daughter with us and it is difficult to handle hand luggage with us. We face issues in carrying the bags with us during immigration.

The seats are so small that I was squished between two large people who were spilling over on to my seat. Seats should be more comfortable, I felt like a tin of sardines packed together on the flight.

Imporvement can be brought by timely special assistance especially in Singapore (where they do not have enough wheel chairs at the airport) and Delhi where the employees take the passenger forcefully , not as a service. Australian airports are good at this sensitive service, so are Qnatas people but Jet Airways needs to improve.

They even didnt provide pillows after it was requested 2 times. This is the last time I am travelling on JET airways. Qantas airways was good. The food, onboard staff, space. I will give qantas a 5 star. :)

Jet Airways flights needs a makeover big time. Flights are very very cramped and the Cabin Crew is not friendly as one expects on an International Flight. Also, Air Travel regulatory needs to take some steps to push airlines to fill all the seats on even on cheaper prices (if possible) instead let airlines go with 60-70% occupancy. It definitely helps reduce the carbon footprint as then number of flights will be reduced on a specific routes.
