The lady at a check-in counter has no courtesy. Doesn't even smile and know how to talk to a traveller. I asked for a last two seats on a flight. As I am told the flight is all booked and they are not empty. Okay, here is the fuck up. The seats were empty but were reserved for cabin crew to sleep. Huh. I don't mind, but in the end, no one used those seats. The only option I had in terms of food for Fish or Chicken. Huh, what if I am veg guys (remember, I asked during booking to serve me only Indian veg, which was never adhered to) Overall, if I had a chance to get my money back, I would happily take all refund. Overall, I would never recommend or fly Thai again.

I had brand new bag to carry the shopping i had done at Bangkok. The bag was torn at not one but several places and no one informed me anything about it. It was to last bag to arrive at the belt and I almost thought I had lost it. Not only that the stand of my second trolley bag was also broken. I had to take a further flight to Delhi from Kolkatta and had a harrowing time to check in with 2 broken/torn bags!

My baggage was nowhere to be seen when I arrived in Bangkok. There was no Spice Jet ground staff avaialble. The local Thai rep called the local spice jet office to what compensation I could get for purchase of necessities. They asked her to call HQ in India. She was unable to make international call. It was 4 AM. So I used SKY{E on my laptop to connect with a spice jet rep in India. He was singularly unhelpful, saying that I could get information in 24 to 48 hours and could not comment on compensation policy. I would have to call at 9 AM IST to find out about compensation for immediate necessities. All in all he was extremely incompetent and unlelpful. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said no supervisor was unavailable. This is a huge negative in my mind for international travelers taking spice Jet outside indian borders.

I took spicemax from Bangkok to Kolkata and I had a connecting flight to mumbai from kolkata still I was treated as a normal customer. There was a layover of hardly 1.5 hrs in which I had to collect my luggage and check in again for Mumbai. The baggage claim was delayed and again I had to stand in the check in line which also took time. I am surely not going to recommend spicejet for internationl trips.

I would recommend never to travel with Air India. My parents required special assistance and even though the airline was informed, they were given assistance after waiting for 1 and a half hour in aircraft. They were also mistreated by ground airport staff who suddenly applied brakes to wheelchair almost leading to fall. They had to be given medicines on time after food but suffered because of the neglect of the airline crew in arranging special assistance on time.

Jet Airways business class was a horrible experience. The people serving seemed to be 21 year old college graduates who seemed to be more interested in each other than service. Let me explain: 1. In one flight segment the cutlery had food sticking to it from another service. Ew! a major hygiene issue. 2. No safety checks were done, during take off or landing. That leaves me very nervous. 3. When I requested for my coat to be handed to be prior to descent they told me that they will give it me when the plane landed. I forced him (politely with a smile) to give it to me and then it seemed that he remembered that he needs to do this prior to landing and handed them over to me and to everyone else in the aircraft. 4. Food ran out! Yes, Jet didn't have food to give us (breads, deserts choice, mains) in business class of 12 people! This "Jet premier" was a horrible experience. Never doing jet again!
