      1) When I returned to Frankfurt, all passenger luggage was divided in 2 belts. So everyone had to keep looking at both the belts simultaneously. Like many other passengers, I didnt get my luggage on one belt. 2) Dubai airport DXB provides only 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi, which is very less compared to other international airports. It would be better if it can be available for like 2 or 3 hours.

      The customer care could not provide enough information about the terminal in mumbai. Since there are two terminals now in mumbai; Terminal 2(andheri entrance) and terminal 1A(santa cruz entrance), it could be made clear to the traveller which one and where from.

      I was rescheduled on a different flight as the first leg of flight was delayed. But airline didnt retag my luggage and the luggage went to wrong airport and is still not recieved by me.
