The flight was canceled! We did not get any alert abt the cancelation from the airlines or your site. Had to be transferred to another flight which was fine, but now they have announced that this flight is having some issues as well.. :(. On another flight we were delayed by an hour and almost missed our connecting flight. Bad airlines. Bad communication..

Except for baggage arrival which took more than 20 minutes, the flight was very enjoyable and worth going in for again.

The check in is very complicated and confusing. To pay the baggage fee i wonder why it should be only through a card and why not accept can. I as a Foreigner find it difficult cos I don't have a credit card is accepted in your country. I had to buy card paying extra amount. In fact I had to do it twice as the counter person did not explain it to me properly and for the next flights I bought another card. I had to pay 10$ extra. I hope you will make efforts to simply the check in system, like we have in our country India.

Most basic in-flight GPS and entertainment fully switched off during flight without giving any reasons. Passengers were not aware of where the flight was flying to, in the dark - reminiscent of MH370. A highly unpleasant experience. If Singapore airlines can not maintain basic standards of service, then god help us all. On-time performance - EXCELLENT. On-ground experience- 5/5-Excellent.
