Didn't get the option to mention meal preference while booking the flight. Meal preference option should be provided.

It was overall a good experience. Only problem is no option of vegeterian good even notified 17 to 18 hours earlier. Ideally choosing of choice meal should come at the time of booking the flight tickets which were missing even at your end. Include the selection of food whie booking the flight tickets.

I am not gonna suggest anyone to travel with china southern in future and for sure I am not travelling either, reason below: 1. Pathetic in-flight experience 2, Food was very very bad 3. Flights are not comfortable for long journey 4. If you are planning to watch a movie using the headphones provided forget it. Sound is very low even when volume is at max and if can only watch movie in case you are good with lip reading If you want to travel to china from Melbourne, you dont have an option but in case you are just using china as a transit to travel to another country(in my case it was India) never ever book china southern airlines.

While the in-flight experience was good, we were particularly disappointed by the fact that when travelling to Australia by Air India a month ago we were allowed 40 KG of check-in luggage while the same was reduced to 30 KGs while coming back. How is a person supposed to reconcile this considering we chose Air India specifically because it allowed us 40 KGs when travelling the first time. We were left furious when after booking the tickets we discovered that on out flight back that has been reduced to 30KGs. Very unfair and inconsistent of the airline. We would always caution people about this before recommending Air India.

I was initially informed that the flight was delayed by an hour and half. But it was delayed for more than 2 hours hours because of which I missed my connecting flight. The accommodation at Centaur was dirty. Overall the experience was bad and I will never ever fly with Air-India again. P.S. The cabin crew were very kind and good.

Cabin crew service could improve vastly. The meals variety to be improved too. Also, tea/coffee/drinks should be served interspersed with the lunch and dinner service.

There was no option to set the meal preference. I am vegetarian and ended up being served chicken and fish. To avoid such things, there should be an option to select the meal preference.

Myself being a business traveller travelling with Malaysia airlines business class at least 5 times a year, I was surprised to get this kind treatment. The staff at the airport was not courteous enough. They also charged my 150$ for slight weight over the free limit. Very dissatisfied. Never gonna fly with Malaysia Airlines.
