We have observed that they charged us with 50 USD for the suite cases for both of us and where they are allowed other passengers to have a suite case as complimentory. this is not good.

Very bad. They charged me $200 for extra weight in two bags and $70 for two additional bags. The other two bags were less in weight and overall weight of all the four bags was within the allowed limit. They should consider the overall weight of bags for the luggage alowance. We didn't face such problems in Air India flight from Mumbai to NYC. Will not recommend to students who need to carry extra luggage.

The Flight was delayed by 4hrs. The worst part is everyone boarded n we just had to sit in the flight for 4hrs! No food! When we asked they just kept serving juices. They served food to kids though! Lunch was served at 5.45pm after the flight took off! Horrible! I seriously believe they should improve on service esp. when there is a delay! They could have made us wait in the airport lounge atleast. Why allow boarding and then delay for 4hrs?

By getting some better planes. (My seat's hand rest came off and by the looks of it so could have every other seat's.)By placing some better entertainment units (There was figuratively nothing.). And getting Russian government to install Wi-Fi and charging points at their airports. But i am guessing that is too much to ask from you guys, I mean its mother Russia we are talking about. Das Vidania !!!
