EXTREMELY BAD!!! NEVER FLY WITH ETIHAD!! Ridiculously strict about weights of individual carry-on and cabin baggages to the decimal counts - had to reshuffle bags (they could have easily averaged out the weight) and was asked to rejoin line..almost missed the flight. In flight food was so bad and stale that we had to simply stay on dessert and juices and some bars that we were carrying. Had prebooked food for my kid but they did not provide it...had to do with powdered milk that we were carrying Flight attendants will not heed to requests for water or even respond to the call.

The experience with ground staff at transfer/lay over airports was not satisfactory as proper guidance at singapore airport for change of terminal was lacking and we have to look over the signboards /flight status display to know the gate to boarding. Although the food was indian veg, it was cool and should have been served hot. The quantity was sufficient.
