Even though i reached my connecting destination well 50 minutes before my next flight departure, Chinese Southern Airlines crew did not allow me to board the flight. I was made to wait additional 14 hours at the terminal. No hotel or vegetarian meal was provided. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will surely never take this flight again.

Air India Sydney flight was terrible experience!!! *No web check-in, *no toll free numbers working, *no help from call centre, *ladder used for boarding with no help to the alone & injured lady passenger in assisting her climb the ladder. Crew refused to help when requested to facilitate the lady passenger having leg injury. *Lonely lady was given middle seat with another passenger-couple seated on either side. *Crew refused to help and advised the injured passenger that she should have bought two seats in order to have desired leg room for the injured leg. We are frequent flyers to Sydney and tried Air India's expensive flight for better experience. Shall never recommend any one to fly Air India for Sydney.
