Manila, the capital city of the Philippines is known for being one of the prime tourist destinations of the world. The dry season of the Philippines attracts the maximum number of tourists, between the months of November and April. May and November is also attractive for budget travel when the weather is comparatively pleasant with less crowd. However, stay away from the unpredictable typhoons that can occur any time from August to January.
