Bangkok remains hot, humid and crowded throughout the year. The high season is November to December which also is the best time to visit Bangkok. Crowds swell during the year end or mid-April which is when Thais celebrate their New Year resulting in a steep rise in hotel prices. For beach activities the months between December to March are perfect. For shopaholics, June to August is the best time to plan a vacation when Thailand Grand Sale takes place.

Places to visit in Bangkok
From a small trading port to a dazzling city that features among the top places to plan hen to stag nights and live those final days of freedom like there’s no tomorrow - Bangkok’s charm never ceases to fade. Its roguish appeal aside, Bangkok holds some magnificent remnants from the past giving out glimpses of its fascinating history and culture. What was terrible was the waiting time for our checked in luggage to be received. It took more than one hour for all the goods to be delivered. All the delay was because business men carried lots of goods from Thailand to Kolkata and those were distributed first. This many goods should not be permitted to be carried along in a passenger flight, or first passengers' laggage to be delivered after which only business goods to be delivered so there be no delay for normal passengers. This is a TERRIBLE welcome to INDIA for any tourists or visitors.

Cleanliness is required to be improved. During check-in Q should be maintained, your staff allowed out of turn passengers , this should not happen.

By making sure that the flight is not delayed(as it happened on Bangkok to Calcutta),by making sure that it is clean, the baggage delivery was one of the poorest I've ever seen. The baggage conveyor belt was replaced last minute to a different one to that what was announced in the flight, there was not a single representative available to address the confusion,a stinking odour was present all along the flight, the airconditioning was poor.Apart from the helpful cabin crew inside the aircraft, not a single amenity can be given more than 2 stars.

The flight was delayed by about 3 Hrs or more. Had a horrid experience. Missed our connecting flight. Spicejet staff gave false promises that they had informed all airlines with our booking number regarding delayed flight so that our connecting flight is not missed. No groundstaff to help us from delay in Bangkok. Plus, such an old flight was travelling, rickety old. Really pathetic

Once I was in the flight while traveling from Dhaka to Bangkok and the flight number was BG 088 one of the passengers asked me for a seat somewhere se hence I kept my belongings there however later I was back on my original seat allocated. Then I realised I lost my phone in the flight. I asked the cabin crew to make an announcement however he was rude stating he cannot do that as it would make the other passengers uncomfortable. An extreme vague and horrible response from the crew. One of the passengers later got me back my phone

My luggage has been damaged beyond repair by Air India as they have forcibly opened all my checked-in luggage. This was a deliberate attempt to steal any valuable belongings in my check-in luggage (luckily I was carrying all these in my cabin baggage itself). All the locks have been broken and 1 lock has even been stolen. When I complained to Air India staff at Kolkata airport, they kept me waiting for more than 1 hour to file a luggage damage report. After filing the report, the Air India staff deliberately tried to downplay the report by stating that only the zipper was broken. However I have photographs as evidence to prove that my luggage has been deliberately damaged beyond repair.

Very Cramped Seats. Not fit for international travel. They advertise as low cost, but after all the additions, the price difference isnt much. So basically you get 3rd class service at almost the same cost. Not at all recommended.

Being self declared economy airline indigo charged nearly 38000/- for Kolkata-Bangkok return ticket which is neither less than international airline like Thai. I cancelled my ticket at airport to avail reduced price but unfortunately the refund amount not yet credited in my credit card account.

Hi Team, I am not happy with Indigo flight the reason is that I kept my hand bag inside the cabin or shelves but when I took it out the whole bag is wet and some important documents are wet and damaged because of some watery stuff inside the handbag cabin.I really feel bad because those documents are crucial for my travel.Thank God my passport is inside the plastic bag otherwise gone forever.I really feel disappointed.
