We had very bad experience with ground staff during check in time. It was related to some visa issues where we did not book a return flight under the assumption that we wont need one for a work visa. The lady at checkin made us wait for 30 mins to finally tell us that we need a return ticket. When we tried to book one there, she told us we cannot board since they are going to close . Its more about the way they treated our case that irritated us than the issue itself. We had to suffer huge insult by their service desk person and after literal begging and pleading they gave us some time to book the return flight and finally allowed us to board. Didn't expect such behavior from an airline who were supposed to show high standards in customer service. Will definitely do not chose the airline again.
