I have completed my trip & back to India. I m travelling in Spice jet since ages n it WAS my preferred Airlines. However, my recent experience was really bad, narrated below, so thar u can work on improvement:- a. On 18th evening I recd a msg that my flight is late by 30 mins, so I called up ur call centre to know how will I catch my connecting flight from Chennai. I got shocking reply that if I miss, I will get my money back. "This was shocking"... I was wondering how the Airlines can leave me in between. b. It was more afraid, when the flight was delayed by 2 hours n there was no assurance from ur ground staff abt my connecting flight. c. When I alighted at chennai to some respite a person was standing outside the flight, but he made us (along with my wife & 4 yrs old son) run so that v can get our connecting flight. d. We thought our suffering is over but  before v board, we were told that our luggage is missing and the trivia continued. e. In colombo airport, i was taken a back whe we were told that they r still unable to find the luggage n possibly from Mumbai itself has been loaded in a wrong flight. f. In an unknown country with my family, I was struggling n for the whole day I was following with the spice jet airport officials on phone, when I was finally told that my luggage is traced in Ahmedabad. g. The only good thing which happened in my favor is Mr. KALIDAS - Colombo Airport, who actually worked to his best to deliver my luggage, next day morning, really appreciate his efforts n I think he is amongst people who keep the spirit of Spice jet very high. "Convey my Thanks to him again. "I really think, u need to improve on ur services n customer care who should give some respite on hour of crisis.

The most pathetic airline service in the country. The most pathetic staff, the most pathetic baggage handling attitude. Never ever will I choose Air India & nor will I suggest anybody to do that.

While going from mum to colombo there were no blankets on flight. Crew informed that they would try but never got back. Food was Pav bhaji which was stale and had no flavour. Colombo to Mumbai the cabin crew was very rude. Dropped food while serving. Did not apologise too. Kids meal was registered while booking the ticket however not served. While collecting plates crew again dropped wrappers of KitKat and didn't bother to apologise. Cabin crew was behaving as if this was a free flight and they were doing a favour by serving. Very very bad experience.
