Though the flights were on time, my flight from dallas to mumbai got delayed and hence i had to miss a connection. Due to this i could not attend a very important meeting scheduled in Pune. Airlines must have a provision to compensate such losses to the passengers.

in Mumbai the check in was terrible experience. we were 2nd in the check in counter and by the time we were issued the boarding pass 15 following passengers got the boarding pass. the boarding pass was printed 4 times and after my complaint the supervisor stepped in to do the job. it is a classic case of outsourcing the check in to an outside agency obviously to save costs but at the expense of service quality. I have never ever experience such a bad check in with Emirates for over 15 years.
