From a relaxing head massage to everyday salon services, the on-site spa is a good bet in case you need to arrive well-tended.

Arriving at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport
Those wishing to take the local train to the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport need to de-board at the Andheri (East) Railway Station since it is the closest to the airport. The subsequent 5 kilometres to the airport can be covered by taxi in 15 to 20 minutes. While you always have the option of taking a private taxi, you can save more time by taking the bus route. The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (or BEST) is regarded as one of the best ways to get to the Mumbai international airport. Hop on to a bus to either Vile Parle East or the Andheri (East) Railway Station, and then cover the remaining distance by taxi.

Getting into the Dubai city centre
You can get to your Dubai hotel from the airport even if you arrive at the city late in the night. Simply pick the bus pertaining to your district and it costs no more than a dollar unless your hotel is not in the city centre and is located remotely and you might have to end up paying probably double or triple the sum. These shuttle buses are air-conditioned with comfortable seating and ply every 7 minutes in the day and every 20 minutes in the night. It can take you an hour and upwards depending on the traffic to get you to your hotel in downtown Dubai. With a 40-minute plus run, the Dubai Airport Metro promises a faster journey. You need to use the red line to get to the city centre from the airport and your fare will depend on the number of zones you pass. Costing roughly $2 per passenger, you will end up crossing an average of 3 to 4 zones. While the airport metro might not be available at night, in the daytime the service is pretty frequent. You can also avail the Dubai Airport transfer and taxi services. The duration of such a ride is about 45 minutes and a one-way trip can cost you to the tune of $42. For bigger groups and those travelling with kids, this mode is highly recommended. Not to mention, you have the choice of renting a car at the Dubai airport on producing your passport and an International Driver’s Licence (IDL). Most cars are automated and includes insurance.

Time difference between Mumbai and Dubai
Mumbai in Maharashtra, India, is 1.5 hours ahead of Dubai in UAE.

I was given a very discomfortable un-reclining (34A) seat although I checked-in as soon as the counters opened. The counter staff least bothered to inform me of the uncomfortable nature of this seat. This made my 3:30 minutes journey very very disturbed and uncomfortable. I will never recomend anybody to travel by 'FlyDubai'.

Very disappointed with the kind of hospitality offered by check-in desk in Dubai. They pirposely didn't give seats for family members together and later in flight, those seats were vacant. Also the quality of aircraft was not upto international standards. The flight got delayed by 5 hours. I would never recommend Indigo for international travel. It is only meant to be a domastic and short distance flight and does not even qualify for internationals. They offer all middle seats only for web check-in and rest are paid seats. Worst airline to consider for international travel.
