Pathetic crew ...needs to be trained. Took 1hr and multiple requests to make them to provide water. Either they are tired, disinterested or demotivated. Meal choice could have been better.. does not seem value for money...at least for long distance travellers, it should be part of ticket.

Still not upto mark with better airlines like Etihad, Singapore, Emirates...air hostess need attitude improvement .quite rude and unaccommdating. Still lot of work to be done on "customer delight". Tried calling India air Canada office for few requests..no one picks the phone...only after trying for 4 days that I could reach them once and they were not quite helpful. Had to call air Canada international number, which was slightly better but still not good. Travel was ok though..but wish these hygiene aspects are sorted as I do expect many travel on this sector
