The domestic flight sector baggage allowance should match the international flight allowance as we have to pay a big amount for excess baggage fee for the domestic sector. International flight - 2 bags approximately 46 kgs. Domestic sector 15 kgs. 30 kg excess baggage charge is criminal.

the journey from Mumbai to London was excellent without any hassle although the flight took of late from Mumbai but was on time at Kuwait for my transit flight. The worst experience comes from the London to Mumbai bound flight. Flight was delayed from London and eventually missed my transit flight to Mumbai from Kuwait. The staff at the airport were helpful they offered me another flight and a aiport hotel accomodation flight which was fair enough as i do understand that delays do happen. The time for boarding the transit flight from Kuwait to Mumbai is just one hour that is hard to understand why Kuwait airways has opted for such timings. The major setback comes from Mumbai airport where i lost my baggage. My bags were nowhere to be seen and there was no one to help me out after getting in touch with counters of other airlines i was told that Air India handles Kuwait Airways related queries. I googled up Kuwait airways customer care number on Google and got hold of a number. Upon ca

      1) Ethiopian airlines provided Ararat Hotel. It served left over from breakfast for dinner. The food caused diarrhea. The hotel staff made us wait on the shuttle bus for 2 hours. Additionally, they started the return bus 2 hours early by lying that the airlines had changed the flight time. 2) Our new bag was lost. No one seems to take it seriously. We have to follow up and they keep giving new numbers. After 30 hours, we still don't know where the bag is.
