Clearly international flights are supposed to provide meal and entertainment facilities which clearly was missing. Also meals are overly priced. 4.5 hours flights are not short haul flight so I expect mail + entertainment atleast. Surprisingly I cannot checking online which was bit weird to me. Not going to travel with goAir again. on the brighter side yes staff was very helpful.

Meals were too bad and too little. We were literally given nuts to survive our long journey to Bangkok from Mumbai, and on the Bangkok-Phuket leg, only a small wrap was served at lunch time, which is not even half of what an adult would need to eat. Despite being an international carrier, enough non-vegetarian meals were not stocked and seemed to have run out soon after serving business class. The same charade was played out on our return leg as well. This is not acceptable for the price they are charging. They should specify clearly beforehand that only vegetarian meals will be served to economy class passengers, so that non-vegetarians could choose to fly other airlines. We were travelling as a family including 2 senior citizens and 1 very sleepy four year old child, but instead of helping us complete our check-in and other formalities smoothly with minimum hassles, the check-in staff at Mumbai airport, without any explanation, asked us to report ourselves to customs for a random check.
