Yatra is India’s “Most Trusted Online Travel Brand” for the second year in a row
3rd amongst all online services in India in Brand Equity “Most Trusted Brands Survey - 2016”
New Delhi, 25th January, 2017: The Economic Times, India’s leading financial publication, in its annual “Brand Equity Most Trusted Brands Survey - 2016” has ranked Yatra as the most trusted Online Travel Agency for the 2nd year in succession, ahead of all other OTAs in India. In the survey, Yatra has been ranked the 3rd ‘Most Trusted Online Services Brand’ and is the highest ranked online travel services brand.
Economic Times Brand Equity and the research team at Nielsen started with a list of 373 brands to be surveyed this year. These top brands were included based on their sales, retail and media visibility, as well as market and trade feedback. The survey, conducted by research agency AC Nielsen, is the largest of its kind in India, with a sample of over 7,200 respondents distributed across socio-economic class, age, income and geography.
