  Travel Voucher - Tickets may be exchanged for a travel voucher valid upto one year from the date of issuance of the voucher for the total cost of the ticket. This voucher can be used to avail multiple tickets within the validity period. Any residual value of the travel voucher upon expiry may be extended for a further one- year period. This voucher is transferable subject to special terms and conditions.

  A. Date change policy 1) A one-time exchange (excluding the number of exchanges effected previously) on the same route for any other dates no later than 31.12.2020 (ticket validity is extended to this date), without additional payments or penalties for changes if there are seats available in the same class.
  2) A one-time exchange (excluding the number of exchanges effected previously) to other destinations at any date not later than 31.12.2020 with payment of the price difference (if any) according to the rules of the applicable fare, but without any penalties for changes.

Issuance of MCO for a full cost of unused air carriage taking into account the amount of fees and taxes regardless of the reason for refusal of travel, as well as the cost of not-provided services. Aeroflot is also offering additional incentives to encourage passengers to make future bookings using the new vouchers.Passengers holding tickets for cancelled flights will automatically be given a one-time 15% discount on the cost of a ticket of the same fare for their new flight. For passengers holding Flex fare class tickets, the one-time discount will be 25%.
  The vouchers will cover the cost of the fare and will be valid for three years.

• For all bookings ticketed until 11 Jun 2020, due to travel by 31 Aug 2021 have the following flexibility: This policy entitles passengers to one change with the change fee waived only
  This policy applies regardless of the flexibility of the ticket – for example where a booking is made in Light, this policy will grant one change with the change fee waived, even if typically the booking would be non-changeable
  When rebooked travel occurs on or before 31 Dec 2022, the change fee will be waived if ticket is reissued on or before 31 Dec 2022, though fare difference will apply on the new itinerary, regardless of booking class. If the new quoted fare is lower than the current ticketed fare, no refund will be applied
